Shipping policy

This shipping policy applies to all orders of insulated stainless steel cups and ceramic cups purchased from slvrchair ("we", "us") and delivered within the United States. We currently do not offer international shipping.
2. Order Processing Time
  • After you place an order and complete payment, we will process it within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • Processing delays may occur during peak seasons (e.g., holidays, sales events) or due to inventory adjustments. We will notify you via email if your order is delayed.
3. Delivery Methods & Timeframes
We partner with reliable U.S. carriers (e.g., USPS, UPS) to ensure safe delivery of your products. Delivery timeframes are as follows:
  • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days after order processing, available for all U.S. states.
  • Expedited Shipping: 1-3 business days after order processing (optional, with additional fees; available for most regions).
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or remote locations. We are not liable for carrier-related delays.
4. Shipping Fees
  • Standard Shipping: Free for orders with a total value of
    5.99 for orders under $50.
  • Expedited Shipping: Fees vary based on your location and order weight, calculated automatically at checkout.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation email to your registered email address. This email includes a tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website, where you can check the real-time status of your delivery.
6. Delivery & Receipt
  • Please ensure the shipping address you provide is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for lost or returned orders due to incorrect/missing addresses.
  • If no one is available to receive the package, the carrier will leave a delivery notice (or attempt redelivery, depending on the carrier’s policy). Contact the carrier directly using the tracking number if you need to reschedule delivery.
