Return policy
1. Eligibility & Timeframe
You may initiate a return for insulated stainless steel cups and ceramic cups purchased from slvrchair ("we", "us") if:
- The return request is made within 30 calendar days of delivery (confirmed via your order’s delivery date).
- Products are in their original condition: unused, unopened, with all original packaging (e.g., boxes, tags) and no signs of damage, wear, or customization.
- Proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation email, receipt) is provided.
Note: Custom-engraved or personalized cups are non-returnable unless damaged or defective upon arrival.
2. How to Initiate a Return
Follow these steps to start your return:
- Contact Support First: Email our team at support@slvrchair.com with your order number, product name, and reason for return (e.g., "defective cup" or "change of mind").
- Receive Return Approval: We will respond within 24-48 business hours with a unique Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed shipping instructions.
- Package the Item: Securely pack the product (use original packaging if possible) and clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package.
- Ship the Return: Send the package to our return address (see Section 3 below). You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or we shipped the wrong product.

Important: Do not ship returns without prior approval or an RA number—unauthorized returns may be rejected or delayed.
4. Refund Process
- Inspection: Once we receive your returned item (typically 3-5 business days after you ship it), we will inspect it to confirm eligibility.
- Refund Approval: If approved, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days to your original payment method (e.g., credit card, PayPal).
- Refund Amount: You will receive a full refund of the product’s purchase price. Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective item, wrong order).
Note: Refund processing times may vary based on your payment provider—please allow additional time for the funds to appear in your account.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If your cup arrives damaged, broken, or with manufacturing defects:
- Notify us via support@slvrchair.com within 7 days of delivery, including photos of the damage/defect and your order number.
- We will either send a free replacement (if in stock) or process a full refund (including original shipping fees) at your choice.
- We may request you to return the damaged item (at our shipping cost) for inspection in some cases.
6. Exceptions
- Returns received after the 30-day window will be rejected.
- Items returned in non-original condition (e.g., used, damaged by the customer, missing parts) will not be eligible for a refund and may be sent back to you at your expense.
